Alvin at PCMforless is the man. 
He helped me diagnose my skip and burnt my chip for me and the car runs 100% better now. I wasted 2 hours of his time scanning my car but he was glad to help me. I recommend his tuning to anyone, you don't know what kind of difference tuning makes till you have it done.
