So far my car is 100% stock except for my Lingenfelter Cold Air setup. Would getting a tune from madz28 do anything to my car? I don't really wanna mess with my shift points. Is their any little things I should do before getting a tune? I might be getting headers in the future, but since every little thing keeps breaking on my car (opti, EGR, MAF), im kinda tight on cash for the moment. Not to mention christmas is around the corner.

I read somewhere on this board that one of the 2 tuners on this site PCMforless/Madwolf had a guarantee of at least 13rwhp on a stock car. Anyone else read this before???

 

Heard the same thing on stock tuning around 10-15 hp gain, I belive they tune around with the fuel and timing. If your planning headers just wait until then to tune it.

 

Another thing, Would doing this kill my gas mileage?

Not at all. A matter of fact a well tune motor will get better gas mileage.
