my TA is a 94 Lt1 automatic, well i noticed, that after cleaning my car the engine, i used w40 to clean engine alittle, well i was driving and i noticed my car no longer shifts into 4rth what the hell is wrong, i think the PCM got wet or god knows what hapend
im driving doin about 50 mph and dam car wont go into 4rth, i have to hit like 6200 rpm then it goes into 4rth.

i think some how i screw up the PCM any advise?

 

Possibly a Throttle Position Sensor problem. I had a similar problem and replacing the TPS solved it. Car took so long to shift into gear it was rediculous.
