pcm idle

my car was rebuilt and it idles consistently at 400 rpms and then dies. my uncle said that he replaced all the parts w/ the same ones, but that is not true. It had a cc306 in it and is now replaced w/ one barely over stock. when i bought the car it was dynotuned w/ the cc306 in it. meanin the pcm was tuned for a cc306. if it was replaced w/ a diff cam does that mean it is still running the same old program thinkin it has a cc306 but doesnt. i want to send it to madz28, but my uncle is ubergay and is oldschool and cant get it through his thick head that it is the pcm controlling the idle not the iac.

he is also hesitant about takin it to a shop cuz he thinks we will get raped. i told him 55$ is pretty reasonable for a shop but he is not believing me. he also does all his work himself and has never been to a shop before. please i need input, spring is here.

TPS OR IAC. One of those 2 sensors might be bad.

I dunno how it can be the tune. Because if anything the idle would of been tuned higher.

When the car starts, manually keep your foot on the gas, to like 1000rpms. see if it dies out. If it doesnt, then I would check your tps, or iac sensors.
