PCM auto to M6 possible?

PCM auto to M6 possible?
I have a motor from a 95 TA with an auto, that I want to drop into another 95 TA w/ a 6 spd. Can I get the computer reprogrammed for a 6 spd or do I need a new PCM? Thanks. New to board an appreciate all the expertise out there..............
