Passing Emissions Question

You can see what I have from my sig. so nothing too radical there.

I have about 3 month old gas in my vehicle because it has sat this summer...yes us AZ boys are opposite of you Northerners.

I do have 2 gallons of xylene sitting around that I could throw in the tank. But, beyond reccommendations of old fuel, what else should I consider doing?

Last time I passed but barely, before the rebuild.

well first thing is, do you have cats, air pump, egr? What did you change in the rebuild? How did you tune your car?

I have passed before without air and egr so that is not an issue. Yes I still have my cat.

Changes in the rebuild are noted in sig. Tune is dead on stoich. which is where these cars are designed to run in order to reduce emissions.

I have heard about backing off timing in order to reduce emissions. Does this hold true for our cars?
