Nothing much, just take the alternator off and you may want to remove the dipstick tube to save from breaking it. Thats just for starts. What kind of headers are they? Another way to make it easier is to unbolt the pass, motor mount and jack up on the engine while maneuvering it in. Good Luck....

Mine went from the bottom, just remove the dipstick like mentioned, the starter (obviously) and mine went in through the bottom, it wasn't near as hard as the driver side. Though I had to jack the engine a little. I tried from the top (even removed the valve cover and comtemplated removing a rocker, but ended up doing it through the bottom. And don't mind all the people that claim they did a header install in 1 day, mine took 4 10 hour days to complete from start to finish.
Good luck and don't give up! It is sooo worth it when you are done.

I did mine from the top, but whatever way works for you. From the top I removed the valve cover, dipstick tube, and starter. Then I removed the motor mount and jacked up the passenger side and it slid in.

The header install was the easy part for me. Making my Hooker Y-pipe mate up with the Jet-Hot headers was more difficult.

Pass. side was a pain in the *** for me. I just removed dipstick tube and starter. Jacked it up 32" or so.
