When installing my Pro 5.0 shifter i used the template and cut out a big hole in the shift boot. The one with like 7 small screws holding it down. I thought that was the one i was supossed to cut. Now i can hear air coming from underneath and i can hear the noises from the tranny more. So does anybody know the part # for it so i can get a new one. Thanks.

Yep, thats the one. Thanks for the part #. I really like the pro 5.0 shifter. I also got the lou's short stick with it. The throws are a lot shorter and firm. I can go through all the gears without really having to move my hand. The 2-3 shift is basically automatic also. So far, i have no complaints with it. I would recommend it if your looking into getting a shifter.
