My car has a part throttle miss/pop. Around 2500 it will bog down and pop. It feels like it is about to die. It doesn't do this all the time. I scanned the car and it shows no codes. I don't know how to data log with Freescan or I would post that. Could a bad injector cause this or is it something else? It didn't do this with the previous engine. I am using the same ignition system as before.

 

Does anyone at least have an idea of what I could look for? Do I need to provide more info?

I really hope not. Is there anyway to monitor it with scanning software? I would hate to spend the money for an opti and not fix my problem.

 

The colder it gets the worse this problem becomes. Can an Opti be affected by temperature? I have a set of injectors ordered, I am going to put those in and see if it helps. The ones I have are pretty old and I got them used. Could they be causing this?
