Does any one know the part number for the driver/pass. seat belt giude/loop? Also how do you take the seat belts off to put new ones on?

Just go down to your local GM dealer. I replaced both of mine. They cost around $7 for each one, and no you don't have to take the seatbelt off. There's a little space to slide the belt through, and then you just bolt it up. I wouldn't bother trying to order it off the 'net and then pay shipping.
