Part # for LT4 off road intake gaskets

Really should have this written down somewhere, but I obviously don't. Can anyone provide the GM part number for the off road LT4 gasket?? Chasing down a few gremlins and pulling the top end of the engine off trying to figure out what's up and need new gaskets.

Thanks!!

It's just an LTx intake gasket that has larger port dimensions. It's actually much bigger than any stock LTx port, more like the dimensions of a FelPro 1206. It will not work with LT1 intakes because it will not seal at the top of the port.
