Part # for gm846... and valvetrain help

Part # for GM846 Cam... and valvetrain help
been looking around, and this cam is kinda hard to find... crane cams website doesnt have it on their site.. or maybe i just cant find it.
and since the cam needs supporting valvetrain goodies and i am kind of new to cam upgrades, what would be the best of the following to get the most out of this cam?
1.6 RR's: Comp Pro-Mag
Push Rods: ???
Timing Chain: Gm Extreme heavy duty?
Springs: ????
anything else i may be forgetting...:
