As the title says, I am installing pacesetter lt's w/ a summit 2.5" x-pipe kit & cats. I need to know what reducer people have used between the headers and the 2.5" exhaust pipe. I seem to think I need some reducer cones such as FLO-R3025 on summit. Has anyone used these or are you using something else? Also, which type band clamp are you using, lap joint or butt? WLK-33278 or WLK-33272 ?

 

My exhaust shop just built it for me. Used 2.5" pipe, stretched it a bit and welded a flange onto it.
