Stay with the gaskets that came with them but use these bolts instead.

Those bolts are the greatest.

These from Stage 8 are good but they are a PITA to deal with.

I used the stage 8's on my pickup.

After you get them all tight. Run the engine for about 20 minutes but not hard. Let it cool down and retighten all the bolts again.

I agree. Get better bolts. I went with the bolts that came with my FLP's and they kept backing out and rusted badly. After I blew a header gasket that came with the headers, I went with the stage 8 locking bolts, and they are great. I did have to grind on the washers to get them to fit though. I went with the 3/4" bolts but would go with the 1" bolts if I were doing it again.

Not sure what gaskets come with them, but if they are paper, get something else. I'm using Fel-Pro 1406 gaskets. With these gaskets and my FLP's, to replace the gasket, you only have to remove all of the header bolts EXCEPT the outter ones. There's a slot on the gasket at the end bolts where you can slide the gasket out. They also have a metal core.

Another thing, you might want to get some shorty plugs for certain cylinders. They could make life a lot easier with burning wires. I got some at Oreily's that were about $10 each. It's cheaper to go ahead and do it the first time where the plugs are close to the primaries and avoid burnt wires. JMO.
