I'm assuming the second one is without emissions fittings since it says race use only.
Just curious, do most ppl get the setup with emissions fittings? There aren't really any gains besides cleaning up the engine bay, correct? What would need to be done if you installed the ones without emissions to not throw a code? Reprogramming would be required then, correct? Thanks!

Re: Pacesetter Headers Summit Part # Question
Seems to me that a lot of people delete them when they do headers. Yeah, if you get rid of them you'll need a tune to do away w/the check engine lights. A lot of people get rid of the cats too when they do headers. They can be a little restrictive, but really hinder the engine if they get clogged.
It all comes down to what you want to do, and whether or not you'd like to remain emissions legal.
If you do all the stuff off, you can keep it in case you ever want to put it back on or sell your car, someone might want it. You could even post it in the for sale section here, someone may your spare parts if you delete them.

Yea I am definitely ridding of cats, I was just not sure whether people got rid of everything...thanks
I think I will go with the EGR and AIR hookups just to be on the safe side...I can always block em off later - but I think Id rather keep them because I cant see any real good reason to remove them. Also, has anyone had any problems with removing EGR? If no true power gains with or without, why not keep it as a safety measure?
