pacesetter guys - A/C condensation?

Ive known about this problem for a while but ive never bothered to figure it out. well yesterday it was 95 out and i wanted the AC for once. however i was hesitant to use it because my A/C dumps condensation straight onto the header. is there anyway re-direct the flow of condensation or am i just outta luck?

in this picture you can see the surface rust trying to form on the far left primary - ive tried to polish it off but its pretty permanent.

I've never taken a good look at the hvac box to see where the condensation comes out, but sometimes they have a nipple on it. If it does, you can put a hose to it and zip tie the hose somewhere out of the way of the header. My pacesetters are getting a bit of surface rust there. I've had them for a little over two years.
