Oxygen sensors

Oxygen sensors

I have just noticed that me car has 4 oxygen sensors. I was wondering when i am putting kooks long tube headers and off road y-pipe will i use all 4 sensor. Or what will i have to do. I thought that when you get long tubes there is only two o2 bungs. Any help would be great.

You will need the first 2. For those you will need some O2 extensions or you can make your own. The second 2 should be after the cat and they are there to make sure you cats are working. You can get them tuned out or you can buy $80 O2 simulators for them. I have some O2 sims for sale right now. Pm me if you would like to buy them.

Go with the sims if you have emissions. mine have been on for a year with no problems and passed emissions w/no problems
