overlapped cam bearings

hey guys,
I'm losing oil pressure to the top end after the car warms up i have a pretty moded top end. I plan on taking the motor out and rebuilding it because it is most likely overlapped cam bearing because pressure changes when i rev it up. i want to change the follwing when i have it out. Want to go 383 but i can't afford it so i plan on goign really strong in the bottom end and run some juice.
lifters
1.6 roller rockers
stronger rod's and crank pistons flat top? (suggestions?)
opti?
fuel injectors
350 turbo w/ 4000 stall
Should I get a high flow oil pump?
anything else i'm missing?

You're saying you think you "overlapped" one of these ?

1.6 rockers:
Either comp Pro Mag, Hi Tech or Harland Sharp aluminum.

rods:
Eagle or Scat H-beams or my personal preference is Scat I-beam with ARP 2000 bolts.

pistons:
On a budget nos motor I'd go to Diamond or SRP.

fuel injectors:
figure that out once you know how much nos you're running

oil pump:
Hi-vol isn't necessary. Std vol w/high pressure spring would be my choice
