Overheating prob

my G/f 97 Z28 is getting hot after i drove it around for a while it started to get past 210 then it went to the mark after 210 and wouldent come down. then after it sat and cooled off i cam back outside to check on it. and the upper and lower radiator hoses were sucked together like collapsed. there brand new hoses. and its also got a brand new thermostat. I have no idea whats wrong ive like trple check bleeding it out. there is no air in the sytem. im stumped any help would be apprecated. thanks
