Overheating with Fans On!

I bought a 96 T/A and my raidator cracked. I replaced it and the car started overheating because the fans weren't coming on. So I replaced the ECT and it quit running hot. The one day the fans quit working again, so I wired them up to a switch. Today, I was driving the car with the fan's on and I stopped at the grocery store, and when I got back, my car had leaked antifreeze out of the reservoir tank. I have added more coolant and bled the system, but it is still running hot, even with both fan's on high. There is no water in the oil, I am stumped. The previous owner had a new thermo put in the car, not sure what temp though. Maybe I should install a 160 and get a tune? Could it be a bad waterpump?

Does anybody know the temp that my fans should come on at?

I think stock temp is 180 or 185. If your water pump has gone, I'm pretty sure it would be leaking. The thermostat might not be functioning properly. You should take it out and test it.

Yeah, I was thinking about that today, if my waterpump was bad, it would be leaking out of the weep hole. I am going to test my thermo. Thanks shoe for the link.
