overheating

I have a 96 z28 and it over heats at slow speeds and i have noticed that when it gets hot the fans do not kick on. I have temporarily wired the fans to a switch inside the car and that atleast lets me drive it. whats the deal? any help is appreciated! I have changed the thermostat, radiator, water pump, and temp sensors. i have also checked all the fuses.

Re: overheating

Have you properly bled the system? What specifically are your temps? "Over heat" is a very generic term.
