Overheating

I was driving my car the other night and it run's about 220* and when i pulled into the hang out it was at 260* and pucking anti-freeze everywhere out of the over flow jug. So i stuck a new 180* t-stat in and anti-freeze and also bled the lines. It still over heats! HELP! Idk if the radiator junk, or blew a head gasket or didnt have time to look at it more.

are your fans coming on when it gets that hot

edit, the middle temp line is around 210. and the 3/4 line is about 235 and at that point both fans should be on
