Overheating
well if there is no air in system be sure that you have the proper mixture of coolant to water 50/50. then move to more make sure the fans are coming on, if they are operating correctly have the coolant checked at a shop to see if you have exhaust gases in the coolant if so that would be a head gasket leak, and what about water pump is it possible it is going out? how many miles?
make sure that none of your hoses have collapsed

I don't have any exhaust leak. I have 165,000 miles on that car I did put 5050 mix. I do feel at night when the weather is cold the engine's heat in the car with the windows up or down. and it burning a lot of oil about 1 quart a week. I check the coolant tank to see if oil is in there nothing.
not exhaust leak if your head gasket is blown you will have exhaust gases in the coolant and that will cause overheating within minutes of starting the car. 1 quart per week dayum i would definatley have it cheked out asap by a professional
well
Well The only problem is that the mechanic told me that he couldn't find anything soo...? also pressure tested it too I am also not getting and A/C would you think that may be related?
pull out the t stat and seal the housing with rtv start it up and see if it overheats i am still leaning towards air in system if so this will allow the air to purge itself through the overflow or just leave the cap off....once you are sure that all the air is out this way replace the stat you should see a staright stream of coolant in the rad. if there is no air in the system with the t stat removed
Take the top radiator cover off and peek in between the radiator and condenser with a flashlight and look for debree. Mine sucked up a plastic supermarket bag up in there causing me to overheat.
while on this subject, if the car overheats when idle only, but you turn the a/c on and it doesnt, does that just mean that one of the radiator fans has gone out? or could it still be a possibility of the head gasket.
put in another engine
In the last 2 weeks the car burnt up too much oil and it went dry I too put a rebuilt on that car and it currently still overheating. so as of now since the enging to pretty new I am rulling out the head gasket. the turns on when I start and the fan seem to on after the car warms up I don't think it is blowing as hard.
