Question over heating

ok guys so far this site has helped me alot with all my z28 problems...
so heres the new one ... my z keeps over heating... i checked both radiador and the little tank on the side ..there all good to go.. i ran the car and waited for the fan to kick on but never did... i let the car get to as high as 210 and still never kicked on... so i unplugged the fan and ran a by pass and the fan does work... so what and where do i start to look at how to fix this.... thanks for all your help guys..

210 is to low for the fans to come on. IIRC, the first fan won't come on until around 226, and the second around 235. Both should come on when the AC is turned on.

Nope, 226° is the factory setting for low speed fans to engage.

You need to hook up a scanner and look at the temps on it and see if the fans are being commanded on.
