OTV Kits..100% ready out of the box?

So do these come in the box...ready to snap onto the Opti and plugs? Or do you have to do any crimping or anything before you can install them?
I have a 94Z that I figured my Opti was at fault..I had coolant all over my opti coming from a line going into the Throttle Body. So I just did the TB Bypass which cured the leak. I wiped down the Opti and drove it for a day and theres no more coolant..well I figured my Opti now had moisture in it whether or not I eliminated the leak onto the Opti (since it still has a bad stumble). So I decided at last attempt, to locate a different problem..so I pulled off my alternator, balancer hub, serpentine belt/and the tensioner (entire unit), and got to my plugs on the passenger side. Guess what?!!! After a half-hour of fighting with it, I finally got all the plug wires out. When I pulled them out..plug #2 and #8 had HUGE slits in them..as if someone attacked them with a knife!lol It was right under the little clip thing that holds all the wires together.
Now that Im 99.9% sure (call me an EPT test if you will ) that its because of my wires. The stumble didnt really happen at idle..just acceleration, light and hard. So I want to replace them now..but I dont want to have to send them through a maze of underneath this, over that, inbetween this and that..I just want to go onto the Valve Covers then down to the Distributor. I kinda need one as cheap as I can find and complete if possible. I know the universal ones have to be crimped and crap..but I just wanna install it! (its not that I cant do it..i just dont want to )
Wheres the BEST/CHEAPEST place to get one of these kits in an 8mm good quality setup? Ive seen so far..the cheapest at about $109 or something..I think thunderracing.com...
Even better..does anyone know of a good do-it-yourself-kit..like making this out of wire organizers and bolts from like a HomeDepot or something? If you can find wires that fit just right..an at home kit would save you like $50!
Another long post guys, sorry..but any help would be greatly appreciated!

The OTVC kit uses Taylor's universal wires, so crimping will be involved. Some silicone spray helps slide the boot on the wire. Works better than WD-40.

Thunder Racing's kit involves crimping the opti-ends, not hard just time consuming. Don't know of any other ways to do it without it looking like sheet. It took me about 4 hours to remove old stuff, crimp and re-install everything in the Thunder kit. Get some heat sleeves while your at it, I got hte 1200* ones from Thunder for like 49.99 best money I have spent to date.
