optispark question
Re: optispark question
No, the battery just cranks the engine. Once the engine is running, the alternator makes all the power. If the battery is strong enough to start the engine, it won't be at fault for any problems while running.
Re: optispark question
I appreciate it well my issue is my battery in the cold Pocono mountains can't take it so when my car started spitting and sputtering I went right to that but even tonight.... I do pizza delivery....when I start it will take me about a mile down the road of spitting and carrying on before I get her to straighten out and act ok. I'll get back to the shop shut it down ten minutes later hop back in and get the same problems but I high rev and push her through it my next thought is fuel filter but if it is clogged it would do that more often then just at start up
