Thumbs up OPTISPARK elimination. What are all the options?

I know about that system with the coil packs and I forget the name. I was thinking my only option was to get one of those flying crank triggers. You know the red ones. How hard are they to install and adapt for a 95 LT1. or what is the easiest way to do away with opti and have a clean setup.

Check out the new billet covers at billet specialties. they are awesome.

I hate this ignition system and I want somthing simple, effective and high tech.

A search in both in Adv Tech and LT1 Tech would answer your questions. This should be posted in LT1 Tech though, transfering.

Some folks are now going with Delteq and seem to have good luck with it.

Here's a link www.delteq.com

Others do the LTCC

You can do a search on Delteq but here are some quick links I found with doing a searh:

http://home.comcast.net/~mlgracing/LTCC_Manual_Page_One
http://home.comcast.net/~mlgracing/LTCC_Manual_Page_Two
http://home.comcast.net/~mlgracing/L...ual_Page_Three

Others run A billet Opti called Dynaspark....You can do some searches to find out more about them.

While a Few other converter over to DFI and run coils or I have even seen a few guys with FAST and cut a hole in the back of the Intake and place a Distributor.

Hope that helps,
Claude
