opti seal? / Accell optisparks

What is this, where can i get it. Ad what the hell is an accell optispark is this new i havent herd anything bout them are they any good or is it just a cap and rotor

The timing chain cover has 3 seals, the opti seal, the waterpump driveshaft seal and the crankshaft seal. GM or many auto parts house will carry the seals.
