Opti cam pin length questions (did search)

My 92 corvette LT1 is making a strange noise. There is a semi-meatllic clicking/banging noise coming from the front of the engine. My crank pulley has a slight wobble at idle, but I don't think that is what's making the noise.

The only thing I can think of is I have the wrong length pin in my cam for the opti. I did a cam swap about 2 months ago, and never really checked the length on the pin. Could the wrong length on the pin cause what I am describing.

The noise did not immediately start after the cam swap, but has become progressivley worse.

The car I bought a few months ago with a hot cam in it had to short of a cam pin in it. The Opti was being driven by the cam bolts. It didn't make any kind of strange noise it just start missing like crazy at 5500 Rpm's. He's a link to some info on the pin length.
