Opnion on buying a Headless Formula

I paid $1k for mine but the motor was still together and i heard it run.
I bought a Eclipse w/ a blown HG and the rod bearings eventually spun due to the oil mix. Be cautious.
I took me forever to find parts.
Find the parts first then decide to buy it.
I have some cast iron heads FS. they wont warp. HA.
But here is what it looked like, lets see some pics.
