Opinions which way I should go

Well not long ago I posted about a head gasket problem that I though was covered under warranty and looks like I was wrong again. Well since I'm going have the heads off I decided to do some upgrades. Here's what's going to be done.Stock heads ported and valves opened up and heads rebuilt to what cam I am going with ,1.6 comp magnum roller rockers, ported intake,30lb injectors, pcmforless tune, mid length tube headers, hooker catback, and timing set plus all the other stuff you remove when removing the cam. Now the question I have is I am deciding between the 503 cam and 306 cam. I am leaning towards the 503 for a couple of reasons. I have always belonged to the camp that biggest isn't always best in the cam area. Looking for opinions? Also about how hp gain should I expect from these upgrades. I also have cai and other stuff in my sig. My car is a 6 speed. Sorry for the longwindedness.

The CC503 is a little bigger than the cc305, but the cc306 is MUCH bigger in all areas.... so its a question of do you like gas milage and do you have emissions?? If those are issues, then lean toward a custom cam or maybe a c503. I am going with Bret Bauer, because of my 383 and all the stuff is done to it. I ahve emissions..... and it sucks

Right now I don't have emmisions but that could change. Gas mileage doesn't matter too much but with the 306 how much you think I would lose. I was thinking with the 1.6 rocker it would bump me up some.

A six speed can hlep you out alot, but with my larger motor, stall, and being a auto I would expect for me with a decent tune some where between 12-14 mpg, but driving manners will dictate that too.
