Yes I have 2 one foot pipes with a flange to match the collector, one for each side, be warned its very cheap and will work fine, but I may be one of the few who loves it and never gets tired of it, again you can always put something on if you get sick of it... God it sounds mean as hell, and thats with no motorwork.

 

hey man took your advice and got the two 1 foot pipes on,did u run with jus open headers for a few days before u had the extra pipe done? did ur check engine light come on and off while u ran open headers? thanks

 

no i didnt install the headers till I had the pipe made, I know at part throttle atleast the o2 sensors become very inaccurate from reversion, or so Ive gathered from researching this board and asking questions but thats all they said would go wrong... may want to get it scanned... How do you like it?

 

its awesome man ... but i think i done screwed up my O2's
but the car has over 100k with the same O2's neway time for a change, i can hear my radio fine and the open headers are not much louder than my catless cutout was.. thanks for the advice man

I have open longtubes on my V8 Vega. When I get out after a long drive my *** is all tingly and ****..

Oh, and it's retarded. It's so loud I can't even talk on my cellphone, I can't see out ANY mirrors, and the exhaust smells make me all lightheaded and **** while I'm driving. It's like cheap drugs

 

would having like 12 or 14" of pipe after the header help with the noise at all?

Like if I put 4" of pipe then a Cutout, would that help the sound much? or would a cutout after a Y be better still?
