oops, AIr pump delete related..

so I guess everyone knows that when you delete your airpump you obviously wanna get rid of the tubing and you need ( so I was told M22 X 1.5 mm drain plugs) weel, turns out I needed m18 x 1.5 drain plugs.

but I already bought the M22's, so I didn't feel like searching for m18's

So I just stuffed copper pennies into the manifold. and screwed the pipe connector thing back on.

well today, the penny on the left side of my engine is mysteriously gone.. wtf?

Apparently after 1982 pennies were made of 97.6% Zinc which has aot lower tolerance for heat compared to copper, around 800* vs 1900* so.. now I gotta get me either a pre 1982 penny (not hard). or m18 x 1.5 drain plugs (very hard)

anyhow just wanted to share with you guys my stupidity.

do you have aftermarket headers. I used the M22 drain plugs on my stock manifolds and they fit right into my JetHot LT's.
