Which one will be better? 28 by 9 or 28 by 10

I was looking to buy some hoosier slicks, and I dont know which to choose so I dont have any rubbing problems. Should I go for the 28 by 9 or the 28 by 10?
Im putting about 460rwhp on the bottle on a 100shot (I will increase it to 150 after I buy the slicks) w/a 12 bolt and 4.11 gears, 6spd.

What size wheel?
I have 15 x 10 with a 7.5 offset, they do rub with the Hoosiers 28x10's
I had to do alot of beating on the inside and light trimming on the rear plastic panel to make it work.
My next set of tires are going to be a 28x9's with the 15x10

Wouldn't 15 by 10 be too much for 28 by 9. I was thinking in putting the 28 by 9 in a 15 by 8 rim. Would I find any diff. in my 60ft times?( comparing the two of them)
