Has anyone every tried running thier exhaust like the "ricers" do to get the dual exhaust look. i would like to run true duals but i need the ground clearance because my driveway isn't the best. I was thinking a y after the axle and dual 3" in pipes with dual mufflers out back. right now i have stock manifolds - y pipe with a 3" catback....im not sure what it is but my car sound completely differnet from any other Z28 camaro i've ever heard.

If you do a quick search, you'd find a ton of information on true duals. Truth be told, doing a true dual setup with stock manifolds isn't such a good idea, as the manifolds will be the choke of the system. Pick up a good set of long tubes and go from there. In the time being, the setup you have right now is plenty good.

 

I did see a Camaro with dual "fart cans" once.

 

Im not talking about true duals just dual mufflers after the axle and i plan on getting a set of headers and a high flow cat

 

damn, I used to have a picture of a v6 caamro with a fart can, euro tail lights, and a ws.6 ram air hood. It was 'interesting' lol.

 

That must have been a sight for sore eyes. I don't even know how they could fit a couple of those cannons in there.
