If u dont want to replace the heater core, put some Barrs Leaks into the radiator. It will fix the problem, at least for now. Sometimes it will work for good too! Just pay attention to the temp guage, ive heard some people say it made their thermostat stick shut/open. That may have been with some cheap brand though.

Just bypass the heater core altogether. Just connect the two lines that go to the core together.

If you posi is not broke than there is no need to fix it. I say do neither and save your money.

but my heater is core is on its way to dust....sometimes i can smell a burnt caramel inside my car....so which one now?

the heater core is not that much of a PITA to replace in these cars, just do it yourself and save $140
