im going with whatever lasts the longest... so bosch plats are what i use. i got sucked in to the TR55 craze and just endend up switching to plats in about a year after the copper electrodes burnt up on those TR55s.

I'm using NGK TR55's. They don't last as long as Platinums. But they fire better for their entire life. Platinums work good at first, then they suck really hard for the rest of their life, though they still "work"....

Your choices are:

cheap -- NGK or other copper plug... best possible spark, but won't last but 10,000-15,000 miles

medium -- cheaper Platinums like the standard Bosch platinums, but they won't perform well for very long

expensive -- Bosch Platinum +4's or AC Delco Platinums. Will last longer, still won't perform as well as copper plugs (i.e. NGK's), and will cost you $5-6 each

There are no other options or inbetweens.

I used the stock Ac Delcos. Honestly, the type of spark plugs you get won't effect performance.

Nope not true, the platinum +4's take up more space in the engine therefor increasing compresion ratio therefor increasing performance...

j/k

so if I get my plugs changed every year basically..around the 10K range I should go with the NKG's
I drive about that with my car..about 7-12K a year so this the way to go?

That's the route I went... plug changes are easy with MAC headers too
