is it ok to pull a head bolt to reseal it?

My motor only has about 1k on it and i am changing oil and i noticed one head bolt is leaking coolant. It is very easy to get to and i was wondering if it would be ok to pull that one bolt put more sealant on it and retorque it. The head bolts are ARP's so i can retighten it. Also should i torque them to gm specs or arp specs for a head bolt. I don't remember what i did the first time.

Leaking = poor situation.

Don't tighten bolt = situation might get worse, no chance of improving.

Tighten bolt = possibility of improving the situation. Maybe less chance of making things worse.

If you do reseal and tighten, you might check the torque on the bolts around this one.
