ok i know i have asked aout rocker arms and push rods but they confuse me
my valve system consists of lunati voodoo cam, lifters, springs all lunati voodoo now im stuck on rockerarms and pushrods i found some lunati voodoo RA but the pushrods i found are for a big block and are not voodoo, my question is does it matter if u change the brands in the valve system
i only did it this way bc i assume most of the parts would go good together i dnt know alot about engines

Def. do some research. But i would say that you need to always check for pushrod length and go from there. as far as mis-mathcing valve train components id say it doesnt matter.

You realize that on things like valvesprings, cam cores, and lifter, pushrods there are VERY few manufacturers and a LOT of brands. Point being Lunati probably ground the cam lobes but that is probably the only true "lunati" bit you have. Not saying anything bad about Lunati they sell good products just saying you don't understand modern business.
How big is the cam? Are the springs spec'd assuming 1.5 or 1.6 rockers?
I would probably do a full roller non-sa rocker with 7/16" studs and Isky adjustable guideplates. Use a good hardened one piece 5/16" pushrods.
On the rockers I would just go with a big name like Comp, Crane, Scorpion. I use ProMagnums from Comp myself but they got rid of that product line and reengineered them and the Ultra ProMagnum that replaces them is more expensive.
I cheaped out on a few sets of rockers before doing this setup and frankly with all the money I have spent doing and redoing till I finally did it right I could instead have a nice shaft mount setup.

yea im just starting rebuilding this engine and someone told me to go with lunati cam but never told me about anything else so im in the dark and figured i would go ahead and get the same brand parts, but i feel better knowing it wont mater
