Ok, I fiixed the major miss, but i still have the other miss
I fixed the major miss where it would barley run, it was fouled plugs. But now, only under part throttle, it misses. It just feels like it looses all power for a second, or it could be less severe, to barley noticeable. Then very rarley it is fine. I've tried both sets of 02's I have, but it hasn't made a difference. I guess there is a change I have 2 sets of bad 02's. 
And when I go full throttle it goes away, so I know it's some sensor tahts doing it, and I'm guessing its the 02's. What else could cause it? The MAF reads fine, MAP reads fine, TPS reads fine, ect...

Sure it can be O2's. Since you had pretty bad miss, they are 110% dead now. One more thing to consider. Plugs are not fouling themselfes in a good running engine. Your new plugs can be fouled very quickly too. Check for vacuum/exhaust leaks.
