I was just curious.... Got my new opti on, and the plugs are BLACK... like encrusted black, not just foul. Now I know the car has been missing, and running fat for a while, while the opti was bad... but do you think it is possible that the bad opti alone, could have destroyed my plugs????
Looks like I need new ones either way cause I still got a mis on #2 and #7....

 

it will.... not a strong enough spark will foul the plugs giving them a gunky black ash all over them...

 

Ok... never delt with an opti b4, so I wasnt sure, if its like any other car.
