Ok to clean up ARP head bolts with a wire wheel?

Just checking to make sure there's no reason I shouldn't use a wire wheel to clean up my ARP head bolts that have a whopping 60 miles on them

I've got them soaking in mineral spirits to soften up the thread sealant...

I always user a wire wheel to clean bolts prior to install, and never say anything from any manufacturer stating not to...

It's the best way I know of to get the sealant off. I clean bolt threads that way all the time.

I prefer a wire brush so my fingers don't get close to a spinning wire wheel haha.

I just did mine (with 700 miles on them )and sprayed a shot of brake cleaner on them then used some blue shop towels to wipe them off. And then used my fingernails with the shop towel starting at the top thread and "unthreading" each bolt the whole way. Oh what a fun time.
