oil, simple, stupid question

hey, i know this seems stupid, i waited to buy a car that'll get out of its own way for a few years, quick question, 96 formula, daily driver, if im going to change oil every 3k, wat viscosity should i use? i drive it aggressively but dont put it down the track, id say it never goes over 4500 rpm, southern ct summer, 85 to 90 degrees, some input, i was guessing 5-30 or 10-30, motor is staying stock (suspension in the future, autocross is my goal next season)
oh, by the way, in ct, 93 octane is 4.65, 91 is 4.60, pretty sweet huh? gotta love camel jockey, dune coon oil prices, and the governments cut too

I'm going to say 5-30, but now I'm going to get some popcorn and watch the "fireworks"

dude do a search. 5w30 and 10w30 are pretty much the exact same thing. 5w30 is a little more thin when its cold but they both become the same weight when hot. either one will be fine

10w30 summer
5w30 winter
