oil sending unit problem

oil sending unit problem

im installing a fleet wood lt1 in my camaro but the oil sending unit is on the driver side and its causeing the motor mount not to bolt on so can i swap the oil sending unit to the other side

I got a 95z and the oil sending unit is on the top behind the intake manifold on the driver side. You sure it's the oil sending unit?

Probably a knock sensor. I'm thinking Caddy's had two. F-bodies only used one on the RH side.
