Oil question

I'm going to be changing my oil this weekend. I was wondering what most of you run, 10W-30, 10W-40? I will be running synthentic (sp?) and it needs to be able to handle Florida heat and New Jersey cold.

I've been running 10W-30 synthentic, Mobil 1 here in CA with no troubles. Here is a link about oil filters, great info.... http://home.earthlink.net/~memphis3/...lters/merc.htm

Two good synthetic oil choices which work well in both extreme cold and extreme heat are German made Castrol Syntec 0w30 (which is almost a 0w40) or Mobil 1 0w40.
