Oil pressure and weird check engine light

I went for a drive today and was watching my oil pressure gauge. It was at around 20psi driving at about 2k rpm. Then when I let off the throttle it would jump up to 40psi. I would think it would do the opposite. Anyone else ever see this?

Also when I was stopped at a red light the check engine flashed on for like 10 seconds and the fans kicked on. Then the check engine light went out and the fans shut off. Temperature gauge was on 185. This happened three times and all three times was when I was stopped with the car in drive. The third time I shifted to neutral and the light and fans immediately turned off. I won't be able to pull the codes for a while so till then any ideas?

Thanks in advance

Ok got the codes pulled and a code 33 (Map sensor signal voltage too high). Why would this code kick on the fans? Anyone have any suggestions?

Dunno about the code 33 and the oil pressure but the fans kick on anytime the SES light comes on as a precaution. Thats why the fans came on and off with the code.
