Oil Pan Stud on back of block (13mm)

Oil Pan Stud on back of block (13mm)

does anyone know if they can be taken out with vice grips maybe and then replaced, mine is all messed and the nut wont go all the way over it.....its the side by starter (passenger) and is all the way on the back of the pan, thanks for the input

It is supposed to have a torx head and the stud should be able to be replaced. It is actually inserted in the rear main housing.
