oil pan help

in response to seeing injuneer say that goerge and himself use the stock pan...i do to...but i have a problem with mine...in neutral i can slowly rev to 6000 and when it at 6000 its at 80 or so plus oil pressure...so0o0o i go out and hit a 20 roll and it drop to about 35 or so on the stock gauge and climbs to about 50. when i get to the next gear it drops again...i think its really almost no oil pressure at all...i think its all being pushed to the back of the pan...
also i used to rev in neutral and it would drop after 3000 i added half quart and now it goes to 80 plus...
so my specks are...tight rebuilt stock bottom end stock volume pump and pickup...valvoline 30 weight oil with a pf1218 truck filter...any help or anything else to try...is 6qts too much for a stock pan? i am about to try it...and yes my stock windage tray is in there but no baffles with the stock pan...is the fix to get some welded in? or simple as add oil?
how much is too much oil....
thanks in advance
daniel

Re: oil pan help

My brand new moroso 5.5qt pan with kickouts and traps leaks on the weld, they tell me to use their A@B apoxy to fix it and guess what it still leaks.
