oil leaking from bottom of slave cylinder

I din't have a flash light, so i can't tell exactly where it's coming from. However, I can tell you that it's a drip every few minutes. I had a leak from the valve cover, but that's not leaking anymore. I don't think the intake is leaking as I can't wipe any oil off of there.

Anyone have any other ideas?

This is the last leak i've got to fix and then i'm going to the dyno.

master/slave is leaking (brake/clutch fluid). Mine was leaking, dripping inside of the bellhousing and drip out onto the ground.

Check how full your slave and or master cylinder is. It is sealed unit so you'll have to replace both

It's brand new billet master from McLeod and I used the stock slave cylinder. Can I simply buy a new slave and use that with my McLeod?

always a possibility.

The question is, is it the master/slave assembly that is really leaking? Could anything else be leaking...?

have you checked the hose that runs from the master to the slave, mine wore out from rubbing up against the firewall all these years, causing fluid to leak, or maybe it isn't connected right.

negitive. I'll have a look at that tonight.

I'll check the fluid level of the master tonight and see if it's actually low. If it's not, no use heading down this road.

Its possibly your intake manifold. When mine was leaking I would have oil dripping all over that area, coming down from the sides of the tranmission. I even had some inside the clutchfork cover. Just reach behind your intake on the transmission and feel for oil.
