Hey guys I have an oil leak coming from the back of both valve covers. I tried replacing the gaskets, but no luck. They are Afr 190 heads and Lt4 composite valve covers. I thought I seen a member here post that he had to turn the stud shorter to squash the gasket more but not sure and a search didn't pull anything. Is anyone else having any problems with this setup? Thanks for any info.....John

 

Yes,you need to cut the bolts a little,so they clamp down more on the valve covers...Otherwise they bottom out in the hole.
